Mr. Lokesh Kulthia joined UTI Asset Management Company in 2019 as a Management Trainee in Sales Management and moved to the Investment team in 2021, where he has since accumulated over five years of research experience. Starting as an Investment Associate covering Banking & Financial Services, Capital Goods, and Engineering, he was instrumental in building quantitative investment strategies that are now deployed across multiple funds.
Mr. Bhavesh Kanani joined UTI AMC in November 2025, bringing with him more than 21 years of experience in the field of equity research. Prior to joining UTI AMC, he was associated with Svan Investments, where he served as a Senior Analyst. He also served as a Senior Analyst for BFSI and as a Fund Manager for the Financial Opportunities Portfolio at ASK Investment Managers.
Mr. Abhishek Sonthalia joined UTI AMC Ltd on October 27, 2025 as Fund Manager - Fixed Income. He is a Commerce Graduate and CFA Charter holder. He has done his financial programme from IIM Mumbai. He has more than 16 years of experience in the field of Research and Fund Management. Prior to joining UTI AMC Ltd. he was associated as a credit analyst and a Fund Manager with Tata Mutual Fund for more than 12 years. He has also worked with CRISIL and Tata Consultancy Services in the past.
Mr. Pankaj Pathak joined UTI AMC. in April 2025. In his professional career of more than 16 years, he has worked as Fixed Income Fund Management with Quantum AMC Pvt. Ltd. Before joining UTI AMC, Mr. Pankaj was also associated with Bank of Maharashtra as Senior Manager handling Trading in Fixed income securities and Interest Rate Derivatives.
Deepesh Agarwal is working with UTI AMC Ltd as Senior Associate Vice President (Equity) – Department of Fund Management since November 2017. In research he covers Engineering, Infrastructure, Utilities and Textile sector. Overall, he has 10.5 years of work experience with last 4.5 years at UTI preceded by 4 years stint at Ambit Capital as Equity Research Analyst and 2 years at Hexaware Technologies as Corporate Finance Executive
Karthikraj Lakshmanan is Senior VP and Fund Manager, Equity at UTI AMC Ltd. He is a B.Com Graduate, Chartered Accountant, holds a post-graduate degree in Business management (PGDBM) from SPJIMR, Mumbai and has Cleared CFA (CFAI, US). He has total work experience of around 17 years. Prior to joining UTI in July 2022, he was working as a Senior Fund Manager, Equities with Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management. He has worked with ICICI Bank, Goldman Sachs and ICICI Prudential AMC in the past.
Jaydeep Bhowal, Fund Manager & Senior Vice President began his career with UTI in November 2009. He has more than 16 years of experience and had been involved in various roles at UTI Mutual Fund. Presently he is working as Fund Manager in Department of Fund Management - Fixed Income. He is holding CA degree from ICAI and PGDFM from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
Preethi RS is Equity Fund Manager & Research Analyst at UTI AMC Ltd. Preethi joined UTI AMC in 2012 as Research Analyst and has covered India Financials & Automotive sectors. She took up fund management responsibilities in 2022. She holds PGDM degree from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK) . She completed her Computer Science Engineering from RVCE , Bengaluru

Niranjan Das joined UTI AMC Ltd. in 1992. He has been part of Dealing team since July 2007.He is a Commerce Graduate. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce & Business Administration with specialization in Finance. He has been handling Primary Market investments both for Equity and Debt Markets. The responsibilities handled as part of dealing function are execution of secondary market Equity and Gold ETF transaction. Prior to dealing he had handled various responsibilities in Sales & marketing, Investor services from 1992 to 2007. He has a total work experience of 30 Years.
